The Contact Profile on the mobile CRM app allows you to keep all of your Contact’s information with you wherever you need it – and reach out to your Contact on the go.
The mobile version of Zap’s Contact Profile also lets you dig deep with customer insights anywhere you need them. Just tap on a Contact’s name to explore their Contact Profile.
Here’s an overview of what you’ll find on the mobile Contact Profile.
All of the basic information: See your Contact’s phone numbers and email addresses, profile notes you’ve saved about your Contact, their Contact Status, and other important information at a glance.
Insight into your customer’s activity: Check out your client’s ZapScore, use search insights to get a closer look at what they’re looking for in a potential home, and take a look at the homes and searches they’re viewing and saving.
Your communication history with the client: View all of your appointments and requests from a Contact. You can also access a record of all of your past calls and emails so that you’re always up to speed.
And an easy way to get in touch: Once you’ve gotten the information you came for, you can call, text or email your client in just a few taps.
