Once you turn on Contact Person, Zap will spotlight one agent as the team’s point of contact. You can choose whether to display your team leader or display all members of your team on a rotating basis.
Once you turn on Team Members, Zap will display information for every member of your team. Choose whether to display each team member’s role, star rating, and/or office.
Role, Each agent will have the role of either team member or team leader.
Star rating, Ratings will depend on consumer reviews for each agent.
Office, Office refers to the branch office each team member works from.

Once you turn on Reviews, any reviews that come in for your agents will also appear on your team website. Zap will also aggregate each agent’s star ratings into one holistic Team Rating.
