You’ll be able to send automatic appointment confirmations and reminders to your clients, and to yourself. We’ve got some more sweet updates coming for SEO-minded brokers and for those in learning courses as well!

We’ll need to take Zap down tonight for a few hours so we can push out these changes. You can expect to see all of the changes from this release first thing tomorrow morning.
It’s a date! Confirm scheduled appointments and send reminders.
So, you got a showing request, you’ve picked a date that works, and you’re ready to put it on the calendar. Now, when you go to schedule an appointment, you’ll see a checkbox that will allow you to send a confirmation and reminder email to yourself and your Contact. The confirmation will come through as soon as you click “Save,” and your reminder should come through 24 hours before your scheduled showing.
This should make it easy to stay in sync with your client about when and where their home tour is!
Brokers: A new integration to keep an eye on your SEO health

So in this release, we’ve incorporated a great integration with BrightLocal to help you monitor your information across the web.
On the company or branch office configuration pages under “Local SEO Playbook”, you’ll get an at-a-glance look at your info on major sites (like Facebook, Yelp, and Google My Business). You can easily identify any inconsistencies or missing information, and click through to verify or update your information. Make sure to start by viewing an individual branch office—this is how you’ll make sure that information populates on the general company page.

If you’re in a learning course through your brand, you’re tracking your activity and progress toward your goals with REScoreboard. And you’re probably keeping an eye on where you rank amongst your peers in the course on the Leaderboard.
Now, we’re making it easier to understand how your ranking is determined. You’ll see a point total beside your ranking based on the activities you’ve completed. You can also better understand how your ranking varies throughout the course by filtering the Leaderboard to show your rank during a specific week.
