We’ve captured a little bit of everything in this release—email images, filters, teams, and reporting.
Zap will be down for a few hours on Monday, 7.30, at 9 PM PDT.
Changes from this release will be live on Tuesday, 7.31.
Make it visual— improvements to email images
Not too long ago, we introduced the feature to upload images to email, but we didn’t want to stop there. Now, Zap will let you paste images directly to your email editor and to resize images in your email signature. To change your signature, enter Email Settings from the Account Settings page. You’ll be able to alter the photo by clicking onto your desired image and then selecting your size preference from the bottom toolbar.
Keep things local with new, location-based filters
Some of your contacts may be searching in Austin, Texas. Others may be looking in Dallas. Your contacts have different needs per their areas of interest. Now, you can filter them by their service market or city. From your “Contacts” page, select “Filters.” The dropdown will include two new fields, “Service Market” and “City.”
Prioritize your Reminders by Contact Status
People only have so many hours in the day, and as a busy agent, you need an easy solution for prioritizing reminders. We’re allowing you to filter by Contact Status to quickly locate key tasks. You can access Reminders from your dashboard or from “Business” on your left navigation.
View custom pages on mobile
We hope you’ve been using custom pages to create unique content. Keep building those pages because now they’re mobile friendly! You and your contacts will be able to navigate into these pages from your mobile website by using the navigation menu in the top-left corner. This will be available on both phone and tablet.
Teamwork makes the dream work
Part of being a team means sharing leads with your teammates. Before, a contact would be exclusively labeled as a “Team,” “Agent,” or “Broker” type. This made it tricky to easily share leads. Now, in place of the “Team” Lead Type, we’re introducing an icon to denote shared contacts. This way, you’ll be able to share your contacts without altering the Lead Type label.
With this shift, we’re introducing a few new features to help manage your team workflow:
You can share new contacts with your team directly from the “Add Contacts” page by marking the checkbox, “Share with Team.”
You can share contacts individually by going into their contact profile and selecting “Share with Team” from the “More” dropdown menu.
From the Contacts page, you can select multiple contacts and share them using “Bulk Actions.”
You’ll be able to filter your contacts based on whether or not they have been shared.
The Traffic Report is back!
We temporarily hid the Traffic Report as we worked on improvements and bug fixes. Now, we’re excited to relaunch this feature. As a reminder, every time a lead or contact sees you as they are navigating the brand website, Zap tracks the encounter as an “impression.” Now, with the Traffic Report you’ll be able to see just how many impressions you’ve made over a given time period.
Bug fixes and improvements
When people come across a blog post for a deactivated agent, they will be redirected to the agent’s company homepage.
When you entered “Transactions” from the left navigation and selected “View Details,” some of your transactions wouldn’t display close dates. These will appear now.
If you tried dragging the scrollbar from the price filter results, a bug was causing the dropdown to close. We’ve fixed this.
Sometimes, bulk import would fail, and you’d receive an error regarding “Primary Email” or “Primary Phone.” We’ve fixed this bug, and going forward, your contacts will import correctly.
